Must haves for Tre.Brown 2009

I swear almost every time I chill with my friends, this question comes up. Whats your must haves for this year? Honestly I'd have to say Nike/JB has been slacking on some of the sneakers they are releasing. It goes from hybrids to wack SB colorways to JB releasing so many Air Jordan I colorways.One of the good things are some of the retro basketball releases. So basically I made a list of what are the must haves for me from today's date til the end of 2009.and trust me there aren't many..lmao

OK first, I'm going to start with the Retro Air Jordan III "True Blue". Of course you already knew this was going to be on my list. I really wouldn't mind getting a OG pair. But with the release date of the retro coming so soon, I'm better off doubling or tripling up on these. And icing a pair. So best believe I'm getting my Glad bags ready.lol

Next I want to get to one of the few Nike SB releases that really made me feel like, "Dag Yo, I gotta get those!".That is of course the Nike Dunk High SB "Gucci". From the jean material to the well known Gucci red and green, this shoe is fire. For real, For real, the only other blue box you will see me with is probably something I got on sale, you cant beat bargains.lol. But these right here, I think I would double just to have another.Thank you Nike for actually releasing these.
And last but not least for me would have to be the Air Jordan XI "Space Jam". How many Sneakerheads out there don't have this sneaker on their must have list? Not many. This is probably the most anticipated shoe in 2009. So you already know I want to double up on these.ha ha. Only bad thing is that it releases on Black Friday, I got to work, but hopefully my boys can hold me down.lol.

Yall look at this and be like, "Dag Tre, you only want three must have for this year?". Hecks yea i do.lol, but think about it, If I want to double up on all of these. That makes 6 pairs. The total for the year is at least $950 without tax. That's only if I don't buy any other kicks along the way.lol. Hey, I cant help it. So with out a doubt you will see me in all of these. YO! Yesturday was fun!!

Yesterday me and the fam took a trip to Delaware to hit up the Tanger Outlet Mall. but before we get to that. Lets see what i wore.

The fit was pretty good for the day. Simple. Ok now lets get to the trip.

Well to start off ma moms had to do get a oil change. that only took like 20 minutes so after that we hit the road. It was me, my mom, my 2 younger sisters, and my younger brother.

The trip was felt crazy long, but then again it did take 4.5 hours.


When we got there we was all hype. Ready to see what they had. But really all i cared about was if they had a Nike Outlet.lol. I know... typical sneakerhead.lol
Even though they had some pretty good stores. The most important was the Nike Outlet. As far as bargains, there were plenty. And on top of that everything was tax free. ha haa. But here check out some of the kicks i found at this outlet.









Those were some nice kicks. But let me tell yall.. This is probably the best find of the day. And I'm kicking myself for not buying them. These are the Doernbecher Air Max 90s that released last year. check the pics.

100% legit.I'm going back to get them, no doubt. But lets get to what i purchased. Of course i was a little lacking on money so i settled for these Barkley lows. Hey 32 bucks cant argue with that.




All in all the trip was pretty fun. and definitely worth the ride. So make sure yall go out to Delaware and check out the Tanger Outlet Mall.

UGHH...Working in Retail

If you work in retail there can be some advantages and disadvantages. But there is only advantages if you work at the retail store you really shop at.lol
OK in my case i work at Old Neezy and id say id have a advantage cause i shop there sometimes but its not my dream retail job. But speaking of Old Nezzy I swear customers get on my last nerve. If you never worked at a clothing store then you really cant empathize with me.
OK so last Saturday as i told yall in a earlier post. i worked from 12;30 to 4:30. So while I'm there I was assigned to the WHOLE WOMEN'S SIDE. OK now I'm only one person and doing this takes some time.
So let me get to the moral of the story. If you are one of those people who have to search throw a whole pile of clothes when you can see clearly that it is sized,I hate you.lol. Not really but its sooo freaking annoying when i have to refold the same pile 5 times in the same hour. Especially when its the same person over and over again. When they know damn well I'm cleaning it. So basically i say to all those who shop on the regular, have some consideration for the next man and keep your shit neat. if its already messy then that's one thing but if the pile is neat and you mess it up. Most likely the person that folded it is looking dead at you messing it up.lol. so on that note Live Clean Stay Phresh and be considerate!!

Been A Little Bit But Let Me Bring Yall Up to Date...

Let Me start off buy saying Happy Birthday Pops. Your turning the big Four Four.. and I love you. Now away from the fuzzy stuff.lol. lets take it back to Thursday after work me, Dee, Lloyd, Long, and Tonio all went out to play a little Pool and just chill. it was pretty fun. Long turn out to be a freaking pool shark and whipped everybody.lol. Unfortunately I didn't win one game. I am good, but it wasn't my day.lol. after that Long and Tonio decided to race to 7/11. Of course Tonio Got there first.lol. He's like the human Speed Racer. After we all got our Slurpee's we called it a night.
Now on Friday me, Dee, Jules and Lloyd went out to Military Circle Mall and Lynhaven Mall. It was basically the same thing as last time, but unlike last time I actually out something. I got me a dope trucker hat and a sweet ass Jeepney tee. When a certain sneaker releases, You will see a pic of me in that tee.Ha Haa. But yea we have a lot of fun and after getting back to the News we called it a night.
On Saturday I had to work from 12:30 to 4:30. I swear I was so annoyed but ill talk more about that in the next post. When I got off I went and bout me a pair of Newbys( New Balance if you dint know what Newbys are. And yes I am going to take my collection abroad and wear Newbys..lol) and me and my mom went to the jewelry store and found this sweeta as ring for my pops Birthday present. That day was also the day of my Pops Birthday Party so when we got home people were already showing up. It was real fun and funny. We recorded so funny videos that would have you dieing with laughter.lol.

As yall know the Air Jordan XI "Space Jams" will be retroing this year. Because everybody dubbed this the most sought after sneaker of 09, JB got a little smart and made this retro a limited quick strike release. As if that and the $175 price tag couldn't be enough, these mofos made the release date on November 27th. Do you know what day that is? THAT'S FREAKING BLACK FRIDAY!!! They had to put it on the day I knooow I have to work. And so much for me tripling up I'm going to have to settle for double. And on top of that I mite have to get 1 of my friends to cop for me. DAMN YOU JB!!..but for real though I still love yall for giving me the chance to have this shoe in my arsenal. Info via Nicekicks.

Busy Day..

Today was a pretty fun day. Like I told yall in the last post, me, long and Lloyd went to Richmond. Of Course while we were there we hit up Hospitality.


Saw a bunch of cool kicks and my boy Long completed his main objective of us going there by copping the Blue Lobsters for a steal of $115.50

Once we left there, we then made our way toward a skate shop called Dominion.


We went into there, Unfortunately i didn't get a pic, and there wasn't nothing special. we then went back to the car and decided, "Hey!! Lets go to Military Circle!". So then we made the hour and 45 minute trip to Norfolk.
Once we got there we automatically ran to the restroom and that is were me and Long seen the weirdest thing. The was a guy in there actually bathing him self.lol. I know your probably thinking that we are immature for laughing and times is hard, but at the same time this guy was on his cellphone.lol.WooooW. Its not likely you see a homeless person with a cell phone.
After leaving the restroom, we all then made our way to Up Against The Wall. And they were still having their awesome sale.


We then made our way to Sole Brothers since it wasn't too far from there.

All in All id have to say this day was fun and check out probably the sweetest pic of the day.
